You can get away with one companion having one like and one dislike. To end all this crap, I just downloaded a mod that stops them from leaving! :D Your group is very much unstable in Native, without an external way of disabling companions leaving. so therefor one of them leave which is really annoying. (forgive me if I forgot any ) from my experience the girls always hate one of the guys that I like having. (lezalit, bunduk, rolf, alayen, firentis, baheshtur, borcha, jeremus, artimenner, and marnid.

and the fifth one is the most useless of them all, male or female. This said, four out of the five women are exceptional companions. No one is more of a troublemaker than anyone else.
